Questions & support
Updated October 3, 2026
Start with the 30 interactive samples. Questions about your setup? Email support@hymnsready.com.
What is included?
1,047 Ukrainian hymns and worship songs, each in 1-line, 2-line and 4-line layouts: 3,141 native ProPresenter files with English operator notes and Arial text. English and Ukrainian import guides are included. The package has no Review libraries or Source Reference slides.
ProPresenter software, its license, font software, audio, background media and other language packages are not included. This is a premade file package, not a custom service.
What do 1L, 2L and 4L mean?
They identify the maximum authored lyric lines per slide. A four-line chorus normally occupies four 1L slides, two 2L slides or one 4L slide. Short sections can have fewer lines. Title slides are separate. Changing fonts, themes or output geometry can introduce extra visual wrapping, so check your output after changes.
Does this work on older ProPresenter versions?
Native Mac examples have been inspected. An owner test on Windows 10 with a version reported as 18.x imported files and displayed selectable slides, but audience output did not appear. The exact build, tested files and cause are still unconfirmed. This is a partial result, not a Windows output compatibility pass.
Check your exact ProPresenter version and a representative native file before relying on it for a service. The website demo does not test your installed ProPresenter or monitor routing.
How do I import the files?
Extract the ZIP, back up your existing libraries and use ProPresenter's native file import. Keep 1L, 2L and 4L in separate libraries. The delivered folders retain the names Psalms 1, Psalms 2 and Psalms 4; they contain this hymn collection. Start with a small test, such as 0001 and 0007, before importing the rest.
Do not import the ZIP as a presentation or overwrite a duplicate without comparing it. The included guides cover the steps and checks.
Why does ProPresenter report a duplicate?
Previously imported files can share the same presentation ID even if the filename changes. Keep a backup of your edited version. Compare the release, song, format and notes before choosing a replacement. Renaming files is not a reliable way to make them independent copies.
Why are there two songs numbered 812 and no 818?
The collection preserves the source numbering. Two different hymns have number 0812; number 0818 is absent. Both distinct 0812 titles are included in every format. Use the full song title as well as its number.
What if a font is missing or text wraps?
The current package uses Arial. An unexpected Helvetica warning can indicate an older copy; check the release and filename first. If Arial is missing, resolve the font before bulk importing or substituting. Font or theme changes can alter fitting. Inspect the longest lines on the actual output instead of applying one smaller size to every slide.
Are the English notes projected to the audience?
They are operator notes stored separately from the Ukrainian slide text. Your screen and stage layouts control what is shown. Some 1L notes retain the complete original two-line English translation for context; a note is not always a word-for-word fragment matching just one displayed line.
The slide opens, but the audience screen is blank. What next?
In a safe test environment, compare one known-good local slide with an imported slide under the same output settings. If both are blank, first inspect whether Audience output is enabled, which physical display is assigned and whether the active Look includes the Slide layer. If only the imported file fails, keep both originals and report the affected song and slide.
These are diagnostic checks, not proof of the cause. Do not reset or delete your working screen configuration. Official references: Screen Configuration and Audience Looks.
Are purchases and downloads available now?
The listed package price is USD $149, paid once, with applicable sales tax or VAT additional. Checkout is currently disabled. There is no purchase or paid download available from this website yet. Future update entitlements are not promised; any correction notice will identify the affected files and release.
What about song permissions and refunds?
The prepared files do not grant every underlying lyric, performance or streaming permission. Check the Terms. There are no voluntary change-of-mind refunds; mandatory rights and provider protections remain. See the Refund Policy.
What should I send support?
Include the release date, library, full song title, line format, slide number, exact ProPresenter/Windows/macOS version and a cropped screenshot of the problem. For blank output, say whether a known-good local slide works. Do not send passwords, license keys, card details or unrelated personal information.
